PARTY RENTAL POLICIES
DELIVERY: Tents,
Bouncers, and Inflatable’s, the rental price includes delivery within a designated area. Additional items may be added in at no charge to you. Orders over $350.00 also qualify for free delivery. For orders under $350.00 please call for a delivery quote. Deliveries are dropped off the day before your event and picked-up the day after your event, except Bouncers, and Inflatable’s
see below.
Deliveries are dropped off at one designated place and must be stacked neatly, clean, and ready for pick-up at that same location. A $15.00 per 15-minute charge will apply for any delays.
We do not set-up tables and chairs.
We do not enter residential homes.
We do not carry equipment through buildings or up and down staircases
Deliveries to churches, schools and place of businesses will be dropped off outside or just inside of building.
All deliveries are required to be counted and the person signing for the rental property must present identification.
All deliveries will have approximately a four-hour window for drop off and pick-up unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Addition charges may apply to last minute deliveries or pick-up.
BOUNCERS and INFLATABLES : You may keep your rental ALL DAY up to 8 P.M. so early delivery is recommended to get the most out of your rental.
RENTAL RATES: The rates posted are for a one-day use. You may pick-up your rental the day before your event and return the day after your event. Special rates are available for longer- term rentals, please call for a quote.
RESERVATIONS: A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This may be done over the phone with your credit card or a cash deposit may be brought into our store. A two-week notice of cancellation is required for a full refund of your deposit. We except personal checks if submitted 3 weeks prior to your event and the full rental and security deposit must be made at that time. The full rental and deposit amount must be paid at the time of rental.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: Security deposits are refunded in full as long all terms of your rental are abided by. Rental equipment must be returned clean and un-damaged. Deposits on delivery rentals are refunded after the equipment is returned to the store and checked in.

TAXES: Sales tax must be paid on all purchases, unless a tax exemption form is completed. We pay the sales tax on all our equipment when we purchase it. Use tax is not charged on our rentals.
DAMAGE WAIVER: We charge a 6% damage waiver on all our rentals. In exchange for this fee, Lewis Equipment agrees to relieve customer of liability for accidental damage to the rental items. However, excluded from this waiver is any loss or damage due to theft, burglary, misuse or abuse, theft by conversion, intentional damage, mysterious disappearance or any loss due to customer failing to care for the rental items as a prudent man would his own property.
